At Inwido we build our operational structure on the cooperation between purchasing, processing and innovation. Our business model, has a decentralized business structure for responsibility. On a corporate level we have a COO ( Chief Operating Officer) working closely with Supply Chain Development, Innovation, Purchasing and Supply to safe-guard the Inwido way of processing.
The Inwido way of processing calls for a defined purchasing process. Purchasing is managed on a Business Area level in the market place where we work together to create synergies for the Group in the purchasing process. In close cooperation with supply chain managers, we build the Inwido way of processing, through common techniques, and benchmark processes. At our Research and Development department we work in close dialogue with Inwido marketing managers to ensure we drive innovation in line with market needs. We listen to our customers to create market driven innovations, where we are in close contact with business partners and end users. Idea management and innovation is also influenced by our stakeholders, for example suppliers, leading industrial organizations and research institutes.
This way of working ensures we have a purchase and process driven innovation process as well as a customer and market driven one. We want to become the most innovative and environmentally friendly wood based window and door solution provider in the market.
