Inwido will achieve this via the development of new products and services, acquisitions in new and existing markets, continued integration between the Group’s units and development of price strategies and expertise.

To develop high operational efficiency we need to use synergies throughout the entire Group. This will happen via further operational improvements within areas such as production, logistics and purchasing, as well as centralization of Group-wide functions.

Create a strong consumer position
We want to create a leading position within the consumer segment, with first-rate sales and marketing. The company will advance its market position via the development of sales and marketing strategies in each market, development of online communication and establishment of an environmental and CSR position. Creating a sales-driven corporate culture is central to Inwido.

Develop innovative solutions
Solutions that the customer needs. The company has set up a central innovation team and will continually work on strengthening collaboration with partners. The goal is to be constantly launching new products and solutions that improve people’s well-being.

Invest in competence
Employee competence development is important to retain a leading position in the industry. This will take place via training initiatives within a large number of competence areas, including marketing, sales and innovation.
