Whistleblowing Privacy Notice

We at Inwido Group are committed to operating fairly and upholding high standards of ethics. Here  we describe and provide further information on how we will collect and process personal data of re porting persons and other persons concerned in connection with whistleblowing matters. Directive  2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law (the “Whistleblowing Di rective”) and local laws implementing the Whistleblowing Directive (the “Whistleblowing Act) e.g.  includes provisions on establishment of internal reporting channels.
