Mikael Carleson has extensive experience from management positions in international companies. During almost 20 years he operated in different positions and countries at Alfa Laval, a company he left in 2008 for the position as President Region Europe within Höganäs. His latest assignment was as President Region EMEA & Global Manager Service Operations Cardo Flow Solutions.

Anders Isaksson previously COO of Inwido Group, is the new Managing Director of Inwido Sverige AB. This is a position Anders held between the years 2004-2010, and prior to that he was production manager for the company.
