The information was submitted for publication on Thursday 4 February 2016, at 07:46 a.m. Today, the lnwido Group, Europe's largest supplier of windows and doors, reports its best fourth quarter to date. lnwido's CEO Håkan Jeppsson comments:

"This was Inwido's best fourth quarter to date. A fine end to a strong year.

"Operating profit rose to SEK 185 million and the operating margin increased to 12.6 percent. Sales rose to SEK 1,470 million.

"Orders increased by 4 percent in our key sales channels but declined in less profitable segments, giving an overall decline in orders of 5 percent. The order backlog was 3 percent higher than at the same point in time in the preeecting year.

"The  restructuring measures that  we announced in connectionwith our third quarter report, and which affect our operations in Denmark, Finland and Sweden, are pragressing as planned. One-off costs amounted to SEK 109 million and impacted earnings for the fourth quarter. The measures are expected to provide annual savings of SEK 50-60 million, with full effect in 2017.

"The underlying demand for our products is stable. This is confirmed by, for example, that a month into the new-year, we could not discern any immediate impact of the change in the ROT tax deduction implemented in Sweden at the start of the year. The year 2016 has the potential to be an interesting one."
