Mikael Grundén has a solid background in sales, marketing and management. Among other things, he has worked, as Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Deputy CEO before being appointed as CEO of Senab. Mikael was previously a construction carpenter and ran his own carpentry company before entering the interior furnishings industry.

The foundations of SnickarPer, experts in Småland fine-carpentry doors, were laid in 1935 and the company has been owned by Inwido since 2006. Hajom, which specializes in premium-segment sliding doors, was founded as early as in 1911 and has been owned by Inwido since 2006. In other words, Mikael Grundén will be responsible for two strong brands with a long and solid history.
